Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Top notch architects for schools

From 1996-2000, I was the Asst Supt of Business for the Adelanto School District. We went from a K-6 to a K-8, and needed two middle schools. FFJ, Gino in particular, was the architect chosen based on other schools they had designed for the district. FFJ was and still is the best architect I have worked with - at times it was like they could read my mind, and they worked well with the district's various design teams. To this day I have not found a better architect than Frick Frick & Jette.
