The server at the cash register was very disrespectful

My wife is called in to place an order she was put on hold for 25 minutes. She asked me to go by and pick up the order from my job it took me 25 minutes to get there so that's 15 minutes she was on hold the whole time there. When I get there the server at the cash register was very disrespectful instead of telling her I apologize for the inconvenience you tell me they don't have to answer the phone if they're busy I don't think that's right here in Norwood Ohio please help me with this matter
