The plan is advertised as a fundraiser for churches and non-profit organizations, but is open to individuals as well. The $210 membership fee claims to provide members with a source of extra income without working a second job, a way to eliminate bills, and, a way for "banking challenged" members to open an FDIC insured account regardless of past banking history. Income is generated in theory, by referring others to the plan. For each referral, a member can earn $50 to $100. Members are solicited to invest a minimum amount of $1000. Low end projected earnings claims based on a 25% return rate over a 60 day period are guaranteed to investors within two to four months, or they are entitled to a full refund of all money paid. Projected figures for high end investments of $2500 or more promise a 50 to 90% return rate.
