On December 4, 2000, Bureau personnel confirmed that the company's website is no longer active, and that company phones are answered with a recording stating the mailbox is full. Thus, there is no way to leave a message or receive return calls. Prior to sending money, consider that this product is difficult if not impossible to obtain through normal retail stores due to an over demand of the product at the Sony Corporation.
