My daughter attended a program for 7 weeks, in order to be a beautician, she was told that at the end of the program she will be give $2500 to start her own small business. The program has since ended and to date she haven't receive any money. I want to know if this program was illegal and why my daughter can't get through to anyone. They collected her information, which I am afraid will use for other purposes.
