I would give this company zero Stars due to the fact that they are obviously discriminating company and poor business management.

I applied for a property in Mount Clemens. I filled out all the necessary paperwork, supplied all the pay stubs, supply to return to work note from an employer on letterhead, gave him names of pets and animals, and gave them copies of social security cards as well as identification cards. It took the company over a month to even get back to me. I ended up contacting a realtor who did the leg work for me and got in contact with them. They charged me $93. And a month-and-a-half later tell me that all of the information that was supplied to them was fraudulent including social security numbers social security cards and Michigan identification and licenses. I explained to them the day or wrong. They also told me that with a 600 or better credit score I could have gotten into the place but because my credit score was below 600 I was not getting into the place and was being denied funny thing is is that they ran a credit check on me and my credit was 622. I then asked in case they didn't understand something that all of this stuff is not fraudulent I in fact I've had the same license and drivers license for the last 40 years, my daughter is 19 and just got her Michigan ID. I CURRENTLY HAVE COPIES OF ALL MY BACKGROUND CHECK MY DAUGHTER'S BACKGROUND CHECK MY CREDIT SCORE OBVIOUSLY MY DAUGHTER DOESN'T HAVE CREDIT BECAUSE SHE'S ONLY 19 HIGH SCHOOL. THEY WERE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS AND ONCE THEY FOUND OUT THAT MY BOYFRIEND WAS BLACK THAT'S WHEN THEY DENIED ME IMMEDIATELY.
