This was my first time renovating my home (addition and renovation). I had lots of questions, like how long would this project take for completion, if permits were needed and how involved I needed to be. The owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was real patient about explaining everything. Other companies might have brushed me off. He made me feel like I was in the loop with what was going on. I was told what they were doing in the different stages. He was very considerate. If I called with question and he did not pick up call, he would always call back to go over questions. He wanted to share his knowledge to keep me informed. I had a hard time making certain decisions and he would help me weigh the Pros and Cons. The job was completed as scheduled and they were clean and neat. They were very considerate for cleaning up after themselves. I checked up on them since this was my first time doing a renovation and I did not have to worry. The work looked professional and I was pleased with it. I did recommend them to my co-worker.
