They bill for A+ but give F+ effort.

I recently had back surgery and spent hours in a place the nurses called the cave after my surgery because there were no rooms. I was one of many. After complaining to the nurses the nurses asked me to please complain because it was a hardship on them. During my visit I had six IV s done in the first 24 hours because they were put in unsatisfactory. Due to my back issues I also suffer from depression and had to admit myself to the hospital. The staff on the BP2 unit were excellent but the doctors in charge were uninterested bullies who had very little interest in helping anyone. Upon leaving that facility I made a request through my Geisinger to see my psychiatrist who told me if I ever needed her to please call. I was sent a message that I couldn't see her. I was to follow my directions and see my primary care provider for medication. It took me three weeks to get in to see my primary care provider and when I did they said they couldn't help me that I needed to see psychiatry. In the meantime I suffer. This organization is the most money grabbing monster I've ever seen! They bill for A+ but give F+ effort. They do not care about their customers. Only how many they can get in and out the door. I am appalled. Appointment makers dictating what doctors I can see when my insurance company told me I don't need a referral. Sell it to someone who cares!
