Not be allowed to service children in their practice

I witness my nine-year-old grandchild getting a strep test done at the doctor office by the nurse. She shoved the Q-tip down her throat and aggressively. When doing a Covid test aggressively_ shoved the Q-tip into her nostril. This is not general practice for a child. When doctor Hooty Came to examine her went up under the T shirt to check heartbeat . Made her lay down and pulled her shirt all the way up to check her stomach. This is not general practice for a doctor examining a nine-year-old. She is devastated she will not get another check for Covid or any other reason possibly never go to the doctor again because of it. Thoroughly disgusted with this practice.
