I am doing my best to spread the word to stay away from Glamour Paws

My client took her dog there on August 19 and dropped her off at noon. At 5:00 she came to pick up her dog and Dee (the dog groomer) hadn't even started. She was worried because it was a warm day and her dog is sensitive to the heat sitting there in a hot shop all day. He hastily started grooming her dog and when she asked why he had her for 5 hours and hadn't done anything he started yelling at her and said to take her dog and get out. She prepaid $100 and he didn't even give her a partial refund for an incomplete job. She was so shaken that she left the collar there with tags on it. She didn't want anything more to do with Dee so I called for her to see about picking up the collar. Dee proceeded to bitch about my client and starts being short with me and kept talking over me. Then he said don't bother coming and getting the collar today because I don't want to deal with you as I was trying to defend my client. If he treats people like this then can you imagine how he might be treating the dogs in his shop? I am doing my best to spread the word to stay away from Glamour Paws at 2052 Mountain Blvd in Montclair. Hopefully they will shut down as they do have several bad reviews on Yelp.
