I received a call stating an unauthorized transaction was pending to my account, any questions to call...I did and was pin validated as amazon does..at this point they assisted my in transferring 562.oo from my account to a foreign acct Resolution Sought Full refund

Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to speak to you directly by phone or leave a voice message. Our records indicate you called on June 22, 2023, to initiate a dispute claim for one transaction totaling $562.00. Our investigation began immediately after the transaction was reported. On July 5, 2023, our investigation finalized determining that no error had occurred, and a resolution letter to notify you of the outcome was sent to you that same day. Upon receipt of your recent inquiry, your dispute claim was re-reviewed and based on re-evaluation, including the details you affirmed in your complaint, your account was credited for $562.00, the funds were subsequently loaded to your account on August 17, 2023, and a resolution letter was mailed to your address on file. We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this matter for you.
