Terrible Customer Service, Horrible Service, Scam

I tested Global with a small collection, just to see how they would do. Well, the entire process was a nightmare from the start. My first person I was dealing with was nice, but soon went on maternity leave without providing this info. I got turned over to William Lacy which to be honest with you, was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. The first time I spoke to William, he seemed decent and agreed that we could settle my accounts for $500. After this first conversation, I followed up with him several times only to get blown off, hung up on and simply just spoken to like a piece of trash. I mean, I was the one that was trying to collect from a deadbeat, not the actual deadbeat. William actually told me at one point when I did get him on the phone, "since I am so busy talking to you, I don't have time to find out the status of your collection". After it was all said and done with about 30 phone calls (only one ever got returned from EJ, not William), I received my collection money some 2 months after turning it over to them. The amount was $350 total collected, not the $500 we agreed to. The total lack of support was so little that I thought I would have to get a collection agency to go after the collection agency. Pretty pathetic I tell you. I called William to ask why the discrepancy in the amounts and he said and I quote "you should be glad you got that, our contract states we can negotiate any amount we feel free to" and then he hung up. This place is nothing more than a bunch of dead beat criminals that all should be in jail. Global is a pitiful excuse for a collection agency and I would strongly suggest that anyone interested in collecting money avoid this place.
