They keep increasing their rates without notification

They keep increasing their rates without notification. I called them about it and they I formed me they did. But they sent it to my old address I haven t lived for 3 years. They do have my email and could have reached me at any time. This happens to be the second time. I don't blame the manager as this all comes from corporate. Am leaving this company and I will be telling any who want the uses of a storage place not to go there. Nothing. I just want their business rating to show that they have problems. There are other I have in counter that has had the same problem Thank you for your time
