Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Horrible customer service.

I call 3 or 4 times during last week to send a barrel to guyana door to door. The girl said its $370 to do it door to door. Ok fine the guys came to pick it up but when saw the address, was not sure if the go over the river to do the door to door delivery. I call the office and was speaking to the same girl. I asked, do you know if they go to that address? She was so rude and I asked is that how you speak to customer? You should be able to let the customer know and door to door is 370. Mean time, I give a tip of $10. She began to curse... how the f**** is she suppose to know that? Not her problem, meantime I'm saying that you don't know to talk to people. I'll never again send anything with global no more. My brother send 3 barrels every year with them but this will be our last. A few people I know told me about her, but I never believe till now she needs training.
