Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Awesome Company to work with!

I have been sending my overflow transcription projects to GMR and am so happy I found them. After working with this company for over a year now, I literally don't even have to proof the transcripts before sending them to my clients. What a great find!
