BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Some complainants allege they wait up to several months for a delivery or refund but receive neither. Many report they make repeated calls to customer service only to receive false or erroneous information on the status of their purchase. Other complainants allege they receive incomplete orders incorrect orders or experience frustration and difficulty obtaining credits or refunds.The company responds in some cases by issuing refunds or credits or shipping orders. A few customers disputed the company's response that they shipped the merchandise and issued a refund. In one case the customer claims additional charges appeared on the credit card and in another case the customer disagreed with paying a restocking fee when the customer was trying to cancel the order. All other complaints remain unanswered. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay and give the option of waiting or having their money returned within 7 days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.
