Charging customers for a pair of gloves.

The CDC Requirement is to wear mask. However this establishment is charging each customer $1.00 for a pair of gloves, nor are they limiting the number of people coming in their store. There is also several pair of rubber gloves all over the parking lot from customers throwing them on the ground. There should be a fine to them for littering and charging for gloves which is not a requirement. Charge them a fine for not practicing social distances, and a fine for littering, and a fine for charging people for something that is not a requirement.
