Gold Strike was one of our favorite Casinos to go to for the food and gaming but we will not be back.

We were at the Sports Bar and Grill, 12/23/25, to have dinner. We ordered our food and 45 minutes went by, no food. The only time the bar tender checked on us, and we were sitting at the bar, is when I made eye contact with her. Then she told us they were still working on our food. Mind you, all the other people aroun ud were being taken care of, getting their food, drinks refilled and treated very nicely. After over an hour, we tried to speak to the manager on the floor in the restaurant and she told us she was too busy and to wait while she continued to help other patrons and ignored us. We are white, and everyone else was black, including all the staff. I never file complaints but we felt discriminated against, never got our food and ended up leaving because not one single person would help us. I felt this needed to be told. They might want to retrain their staff and let them know that treating patrons terribly is bad business and no one should have to get up and leave a restaurant feeling discriminated against.
