BUYER BEWARE!!!! 3 COMPLAINTS WITH THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL's OFFICE JERMAINE T WILSON DO A BACKGROUND CHECK PLEASE

I hired Golden Angle Group LLC aka Jermaine Wilson, early October 2020 for a roof repair. A tree had fallen on it. By November 5, 2020 he had a check for $4778.09. He knew the urgency of the situation, going into the winter months, Let me say he is a very smooth talker and he can look at you straight in the eyes and lie. He started avoiding my calls and texts right from the start. So due to his negligence now during the worst time of the year I have a very leaky roof causing more damage to the inside of my ceilings. Behind my bathroom walls. It is all deteriorating. I am disabled. This was an insurance job so we can't get the money back because it was up to us to make sure he was licensed and bonded. And the really bad part is that the insurance company will not give you the other part of the money until the roof is finished. So unless I can come up with the money he took, I can't even get the rest of my own money. I will say he did drop off a small open pallet of shingles in my front yard. They are unwrapped, they don't have a batch number on them, no invoice, I don't know if they are 5 yrs. old or even the same color. We did not pay for used or leftover shingles at premium prices. So today February 3,2021, my roof is still leaking, badly, I have put up with the miseries of his lies.. I have delayed knee replacement surgery. Please go to the Ohio State Attorney website and lookup Golden Angle Group LLC for consumer complaints. I know right now there are more than just me. Others want him stopped. What I found out the hard way is to make sure if you have to hire someone to do that type of work for you, for that amount of money, check them out first. Anyone can get a LLC Business license from the state and not be bonded. They pay the state $100 and LLC means they can do anything they want and don't have to be personally responsible for any damage their business does. That's not just damage like roof damage, it's monetary loss, aka my insurance check..GONE! LLC =Limited Liability Corporation. He jumps around different addresses, different counties, Fairfield, Franklin, Hocking.He doesn't have an office you can go to, so think about it...when you need him...where can you find him? BTW: Don't fall for the line that he played football for the Ohio State Buckeyes either! I believe according to PUBLIC RECORDS he was living at a "large" house at the time indicated. So ending on a very serious note this company cannot be trusted. He should not be allowed to have a business license. I gave them plenty of opportunity to do the job they were hired to do. They may seem sincere when trying to obtain your business, and know how to get the papers signed, but after that it turns into a whole different story. I probably wouldn't be writing this review but for the fact of his unwillingness to cooperate with authorities for resolving this issue. He could've made $12,000 during a Pandemic if he had just been honest and done the work! HE IS A DECEPTIVE FRAUD
