Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. To let others know what kind of businessman he is & to stay clear of him. No money was ever exchanged. I Guess I was lucky there.

It was my understanding in our first conversation that Britten Post was going to pick up the $15,000 sale of a Mobile home I was interested in buying from Ricky Purdy. For $20,000 with $ $5,000 down. It was in the mobile home park that Mr. Post owns. Next thing I know the home was purchased by Mr. Post in full. So, then he advertised it for $25,000 on market place. He now wants $6,000 down & he will finance the rest for 7 - 9 he was never very clear on his intentions. Which made the payment of $675 per month. I feel I was scammed by Mr. Post (Golden Rule Properties.). So, today he informs me it has been sold to someone else. I called to let him know yesterday I wanted the home. If U call please leave a voicemail with name & contact # so I can call U back.
