The company's selling practices are misleading and deceptive. This company solicits golf enthusiasts offering individual clubs or a set of golf clubs on a trial basis, at no cost or obligation. Customers are asked to pay a deposit by credit card to guarantee that they will return the clubs after the 90 day trial period. It appears the company is out of business. Mail sent to the company was returned by the Post Office marked, "No forwarding address". Our experience with this and similar offers shows customers were no longer able to dispute the charge with their credit card company because they were beyond the 60 day window. Moreover, all of these companies ceased doing business after approximately 90 days. In general, we believe that anything advertised as free should not have any cost associated with the offer. In other words, no deposit should be required. If the credit card is charged, then be certain to return the clubs within 30 days to allow time to dispute the charge with your credit card company. By law, you have 60 days from the date of the statement to dispute a charge.
