When I asked why is she always frustrated with me, she refused to help me.

On May 11 I had a medical Eye emergency. I didn't have an appointment but walked in and the receptionist told me I can come in 30 minutes. When that time arrived I was called in. Normally when I come to the office, I wait for the replacement doctors because Elizabeth Goodman is always rude or appears to be frustrated. On this day, again, same actions from her. I have been a customer for at least 10 years or more. Dr.Bates was the doctor and never had a problem. Even now when he comes or the other replacement doctor comes, it's never a problem. My last Eye exam appointment the male doctor allowed me to continue colored contacts even though I have an astigmatism. So, since I was in office I wanted to go ahead and order more contacts and get glasses so when my eyes are irritated I can wear my glasses. As I'm sitting in the office I asked for the prescription and immediately Elizabeth Goodman came off rude and frustrated. She rudely stated that the doctor didn't leave the name of the contacts and told me I will just have to stop wearing colored contacts. I'm 40 years old and have been wearing colored contacts since 16 years old. You don't just tell a customer that being rude, especially if the replacement doctor approved that. She could have nicely attempted to reach out to him to see. After all, she is the one allowing these doctors to come in when she isn't present. When I asked why is she always frustrated with me, she refused to help me. Medical emergency at that. Lost me
