We tried to leave an she kept blocking us harassing us

I went me my brother in one car an my sister in her truck to go shopping apply for a job but as soon as we both pulled into the parking lot looking for parking we were approached by a woman who opted trying to block us both. Telling us to get out of there that we cant park there.
