Scumbag Landlord Style Run Company!!!

BEWARE, folks... This is a SCUMBAG landlord style run company to say the least!!! I've been in my unit for nearly 30 years and now that we've been blessed w/ the fine services of this new SCUMBAG management company who is managing the building(s) I reside in, I've sadly come to the conclusion that they want me out!! Let me explain... In the area of L.A. that I'm in, due to the gentrification that is occurring, both tenants and companies are being priced out. In short, they want me out so to avoid having having a long term tenant who pays a third of what the going market is for the type of unit I'm in. They've attempted to approach me w/ ridiculous and unreasonable demands. The manager, Al Garcia, is a two face piece of garbage who you should NOT trust ~ He'll treat you very kindly as though you're a friend and then throw you under the bus WITHOUT HESITATION!!! I've filed complaints against them to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance of The City of L.A. This is the worst that I've had to deal with... They don't answer phones nor answer emails. On occasion They'll send their maintenance workers to your unit who speak NO ENGLISH whatsoever w/ out notice. Folks, I'm sure you get the picture by now as there's no need for me to go any further with a laundry list of reasons YOU SHOULD AVOID this scumbag landlord company that lacks integrity and WILL BE SHUT DOWN!!
