I am very angry at his rude& mean behavior to me!

Last week I shopped @ grace beauty supply and purchased 2 costume plastic beaded necklace(they both were the same kind/design. One was black the other was golden color. WhenI got home that day i took out of the small plastic that the sales lady put them in) I then went to hang them up inside my jewelry box. The black one was fine. I took the tag off then when I took the gold one out off the bag it had the clasp on the end of the necklace broken off. I put it back in the bag(along with the tag, broken clasp and receipt). The lady's husband waited on me. I showed him the necklace, the bag that was given to me and the broken clasp the I explain to him what happened I ask him if I could exchange it for some else? He got very rude with me and said policy says no exchange. My receipt says No refund Exchange only with receipt within 7 days.(sorry No exchange on wig& hair care products). I am very angry at his rude& mean behavior to me! I showed him the again & pointed it out to him showing him that this is his store policy! It was the 7th day since I bought it. The necklace was a cheap one all though I paid $10.00 for it. I was expecting it to break before i could even try it on! I want every one to know that they don't stand to to there word nor there policy! It's like buyer beware when shopping with these people! It's the principle that matters to me. They think that they can sell people damaged goods and get away with it! It may work where from in Korea, but for sure not here
