Locked keys in car. Security and management refused to help us.

Locked keys in car. Security and management refused to help us. Wouldn't even give us a coat hanger so we could try ourselves. Then my husband cut himself trying with a knife and for the amount of time they look for the band aid they could've unlocked are car. I would like a phone call to management saying no matter how cold or what it may be they shouldn't be so rude and always help there customer in my line of business the customer is always right.
