We received no call or visit.

We called for service when our water well stopped in enough time for at least a callback. We understand during the Coronavirus crisis, times or straining. But we received no call or visit. My wife, thank God went in the pump house and figured it out. I have my daughter, my granddaughter, grandson and great granddaughter in an unsanitary conditions. Be more diligent in returning calls in an emergency.
