The bus, the driver, who's name is Lorraine constantly beeps the horn and yells at me to hurry up.

When boarding the bus, the driver, who's name is Lorraine constantly beeps the horn and yells at me to hurry up. Its been going on for some time, she embarrassed me in front of all the other passengers, mind you I've got C.O.P.D, back issues, and I have to load a bicycle onto the bus's bike rack, and swipe my bus pass and I still do all that in less than 1 minutes time, I'm actually very fast, not slow at all, it can be a personal thing, I'm not sure. I'd like you to get her to stop ragging and making a fool of me.
