Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Can't get any better!!!

Can't get any better ! This people at Green calstate construction are great from the first time Ray came to talk with me ,he told me that they are currently in the area and have an estimator that can come and give me a quote for my deteriorating roof ,so came Ron say hi is the owner and set with me for at least 2 hours I was so excited to heat what he was saying ane sure enough I signed a $31,500 this was back in end of 2015 the roof was finished in just under 3 weeks ..some rain came really hard and every thing is so good I can't be more happy I will recommend this company any time thank you Ron Cohen for your excellent service .
