Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I feel good about the service I was given.

They repaired my roof I felt positive about the work, we made appointments and they showed up on time. The work was done adequately and appears to have been done well. I cannot completely rave about the work because it was done at the beginning of summer and I won't know of any issues until the rain comes in, but I am happy with the service.
