We would like this company to be more courteous to its customers and be professional and honest as well committed

My girlfriend has been dealing with this business for awhile now and since that time? She's been ignored been told she would be taken care of meaning she has called left messages even sent emails but never a reply and when they did reply they were rude and very unprofessional we pay good money for this service and should not have to deal with this
