Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. DO NOT USE GREENBERG DENATL

OCTOBER 4, 2022 MANY things improve over time: Wine-Whiskey-Cheese BUT NOT GREENBERG DENTAL! USED TO GO TO THEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO-BUT AFTER GETTING STUCK IN THE OFFICE, WAITING, AND WAITING AND WAITING, AND WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK FOR MY APPOINTMENT-DECIDED TO TRY ANOTHER MEGA DENTAL OFFICE [SAGE] WHICH IS ANOTHER STORY! NEEDED TO HAVE SOME TEETH EXTRACTED-SO MY DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY IS ACCEPTED BY GRUNGEBERG-SO MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE ORAL SURGEON FOR AN EVALUATION! HAD TO WAIT SIX WEEKS BEFORE I COULD GET AN APPOINTMENT-FOR TODAY-AT 9 AM. ARRIVED EARLY-AND WAITED, AND WAITED, AND WAITED, AND WAITED! AFTER TWO HOURS-ASKED WHAT THE STATUS OF MY APPOINTMENT WAS-AND TOLD I WAS NEXT- ANOTHER HOUR AND STILL NOT CALLED BACK-JUST FOR AN EVALUATION OF THE TEETH TO BE EXTRACTED! ARRIVED AT 9 AM AND AT 12 NOON-STILL HAD NOT SEEN THE ORAL SURGEON! THREE HOURS OF MY LIFE WASTED-JUST TO BE REMINDED ABOUT HOW WORTHLESS GRUNGEBERG DENTAL IS!
