Complaint filed in January 2020 was closed but not resolved!

Horrible! The company responding to my complaint here with the BBB that they were willing to work with me to resolve this was a joke!! Met with the Gen Sales Mngr and all they did was offer me less than Dealer KB value - I have gone to 2 other dealers and it came in higher - dis not even acknowledge the 2 cars I was interested in and wanted to run my credit before the trade in offer was even done. They then only mentioned a car well above the amount I wanted to spend and when I explained the situation they still were not willing to even go anywhere near an amount that would not have me rolling over alot of my current loan!! I walked out and am working with another dealer who - without me even saying anything was offering to add more to the trade in to help offset the loan. Bottom line - they responded with an answer that would close the case but could care less! I have been on a "wait list" for about 3 weeks to have what THEY damaged fixed during the MONTH they had my car! My concerns that the car is unsafe goes on very deaf ears at this very shady dealership!! Problem was not resolved - so buyers beware!!!
