Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. BAD FAITH , STALKING AND HARASSING,QUIET TITLE

GRIFFIN REPS GIOVANNI AND SHON, ARE THE PITS AND BOTH ARE HARASSING, STALKING AND TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME AND MY FAMILY AFTER THEY CAUSED THE DEATH OF MY SON DEVIN TERRY PARKER BY THREATING TO MAKE ME MOVE OUT OF OUR FAMILY HOME ON 5/24/2019.T HEY INSIST ON COMING TO MY HOME AFTER THEY HAD GOTTEN THE RESTRAINING ORDER NOTICE YET THEY STILL VIOLATE THE COURT ORDER TO STAY AWAY FROM ME AND MY HOME THEY ARE BEING SUED FOR OVER 7 MILLION DOLLARS AS OF 7/1/2019 THEN THE FEMALE DOG GIOVANNI BRING HER YOUNG 2 CHILDREN TO MY HOME AND THREATENED ME IN FRONT OF HER 2 DAUGHTERS BOT GIRL WERE UNDER 12 YEARS OLD AND THEY ALSO TRIED TO INTIMIDATE ME AT MY HOME ON A SUNDAY AFTER CHURCH I WOULD NEVER EVER DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH GRIFFIN RESIDENTAL OR ANY OF THERE AFFILIATES . I HAVE 5 NOTICES FROM THEM AS ONF 7/1/2019 AS WE ARE IN COURT FOR THE FALSE PURCHASE OF MY HOME BY GRIFFIN OWNER IAN GRIFFIN YELP REVIEWS DO NOT SHOW ANY FAVORABLE EXPERIENCES WITR THIS COMPANY ORE ITS OWNERS /CEO AND EXECUTIVES. I HAVE THE COPY OF RESTRAINING ORDER AND THE SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT SUING THEM FOR 7 MILLION DOLLARS FOR 10 DIFFERENT NEGATIVE CAUSES OF ACTION IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY CALIFORNIA AS OF 7/1/2019
