Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. WARNING!!!!!

WARNING!!! Do not purchase a vehicle from these con-men!! These men are literally CONVICTS!!!! I did not need to be financed, I paid for the car out right. All four of the rims were cracked, and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was PAINTED OVER!!! I kid you not, these convicts painted over the damn thing. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, and have hired a lawyer. I got a total LEMON. Their terrible name fits them, GROSS, which is the same taste they left in my mouth.
