This company needs to get better license mortgage lenders and communicate with your clients And stop trying to Falsify or trick the system

I apply for a mortgage in January 2020 with the guarantee rate the lender name was Joy Sinegar Munoz. I got a preapproval for $150,000 mortgage loan. From January 22 until April 4 with my closing date constantly being pushed Joyce did nothing but lie and have me spend unnecessary money pay for appraisals inspections and the whole time I lied about my mortgage will be around 1200 to 1250 a month when in reality she put the numbers in wrong trying to Trick the system so that she could line her pockets with the commission when she knew the loan will not go through. She had me searching high and low for documents that was not pertaining to a long each time it was something different when I went to underwriting each time she was lying to me have my hopes up so high and she ultimately messed the whole entire loan up on my dream home. Even after it was all said and done Joy still promised to help me with was she done. I haven't heard from Joy since I complain to upper management about her lack of communication she never once called to tell me anything pertaining to the pre-qualifications of this mortgage. Ultimately because of her unprofessionalism I did not get that home. Now with a different lender from a different company with no problems at all no tricks and a lot of communication I am now a homeowner. Just wanted to let people know before they use this mortgage company or this lender they are not good no communication and they try to falsify documents and numbers don't use them
