They are not helping anybody they are making matters worse for most people and their pets.

The amount is not important the fact that they took my puppy for a service and claimed they were unable to do. They said my PUPPY was too aggressive they couldn't get a muzzle on him yet they were able to partially sedate him. Called me and said they couldn't complete and that I had to come get him put of Kennel as they can't. Yet when I picked him up they got him out fine and refused to give me full discount back. I have a sedated dog that had no services done. plus the business owner and vet is the most disrespectful, dishonest, unprofessional women I have ever met! It should be acknowledged somewhere how does company chooses to treat their clients and their pets because it is wrong. This is a low class cost clinic and ask this way they should be ashamed of themselves they are not helping anybody they are making matters worse for most people and their pets
