Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I rate this business with no stars. Won't use them again.

I was told that I would be receiving my return in 10 to 14 days so I contacted them and they said "if you paid any attention to the radio you would know that it isn't releasing any until yesterday" very rudely. Loudly I said that wasn't what I was told so that makes y'all liars and won't use your business ever AGAIN and I am making a complaint she said well good for you and hung up on me. So I called back asking for a supervisor and she said I am the supervisor and you won't stop screaming long enough to listen and hung up again. So apparently she needs to be fired because she doesn't have very good customer service skills. I will never use your business ever again.
