Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The pure stress caused was extreme to me & cruel.

I contracted for a roof reshinging. They replace every inch of decking without talking to me or my knowledge. 3 days later I get a bill plus the 2840.00 I was contacted by their lawyer & the owner with many threats. I hired a lawyer & settled for $500.00 just to get rid of the stress & harassing calls! A change order was in the contract & they didn't get or have one from me. By law they needed one & stated on their bill that they had a verbal! They never talked to me as I was in the hospital with my mom dying of covid-19 that day doing a EOL visit. It was all of 20 minutes! They tried to call me but apparently it was when I was in the hospital. If they would have called a time or 2 more they would have gotten me. I was in green bay all day waiting by my phone for that call from the hospital that my mom was gone. I could have driven to my rental at any time as its was 15 minutes away! I do not want this to ever happen to anyone else. I'm wondering if this is a pattern with this roofer? A change of almost 3000.00 is not a simple or small change and a change order is required per their contract!
