To be severed with quality customer service a smile would be nice too.

I am concerned about customer service, I experience poor customer service more than once and today I experienced it again today , the same employee the lady who work there with a man was having the very same argument. The question was if I at the time it was my order could I have it fresh you know the fish right well I didn't know the orders were made per order. So this employee was rude when providing me an answer , today I had to come right back because she forgot to give me my drink I ordered and this other customer had asked the same question and it led to an argument over the same question. I don't believe this employee is happy serving others she has poor customer service, please help.
