Hire workers with good customer service skills, and experience with the public. People with respect, morals, and values.

My daughter called to inquire about the product and price range, staff was completely disrespectful, rude, and hung up. I then called trying to be pleasant and polite to see if I could get answers. The guy refused to give any information used vulgar language, was again rude and disrespectful, also refused to allow me to talk to manager/supervisor. And actually told us too bad go somewhere else. "Oh well I'm the only one here deal with it".
