Stop Excepting stolen information from consumers and investigate before you give cash back one full stamp card

An acquaintance of mine his name is Christopher Simmions asked me if he could use my food stamp card to make a purchase for a few bags of potato chips. He comes back to me without the card stating that he gave the card to happy Clark's in Clarkston in Georgia because they gave him a cash back and food stamp card was not mine. so I'm basically complaining about them doing a business transaction like that not knowing if the car was stolen with whoever it was
