This morning I went into the office to serve a subpoena to one of the workers to appear in court on this Friday @ 1:15. There were 2 sheriff officers in the office at the time, 1 in which I had approached outside to ask for assistance in the serving. He told me he was not sure of the process and could not help. So I called 911 and had them dispatch someone. 911 Dispatcher called me back to ask me why did I need a officer if there was a sheriff on the scene and asked for his name. I went into the office to inquire the officers info and proceed with serving. He did not want to give me his name. Ashley the young lady who I was going to serve was getting ready to leave so I asked if I could speak with her for a moment. A new lady wearing a lot of pink with a shorter hair style proceed to tell me "Ashley is about to leave so you will not speak with her you can give me the paper" I told her I would feel more comfortable giving it to her and then both her and the sheriff started to get loud and aggressive with me saying " I'm not going to serve nothing because I am trespassing and I need to leave". He asked them if they wanted me removed and they all said "Yes". They had the sheriff remove me saying I would be arrested if I did not leave. Mind you I was on the 911 call the entire time. They heard everything and dispatched a supervisor over to assist me in serving the paper to Ashley who had gone across the street for the rental office to do an eviction. Constantly mistreated!!
