Harbor Winds Hotel

A supervisor or manager Amy was very rude very disrespectful bothered me to the point where I cried

I was supposed to stay at the Harbor Winds Hotel on a voucher. I checked in and everything was great the front desk woman was very helpful very nice very respectful then the next morning came and a supervisor or manager Amy was very rude very disrespectful bothered me to the point where I cried basically ended up kicking me out with my baby in my arms. She smelled like she had come back from the bar and didn't shower she was going on about what she did last night which I really didn't want to hear about. She smelled she yelled at me in front of my child I am never staying at a Holiday Inn ever again if I ever have to go up north I will stay at the Super 8 and said of the Holiday Inn in Antigo. I've had great experiences at the Holiday Inn Antigo but since you are all owned by the same company I will no longer stay there my best friend's husband is a truck driver I'm going to make sure that all of his friends and all of his Trucking buddies now what the Holiday Inn is like and who they hire to stay and the Sheboygan on the Wisconsin area because that was just downright Uncle for I have been in customer service for about 15 years and I have never been treated like that especially holding a baby in my arms I think you people should be ashamed of yourself that amy person is very horrible nasty smelling.
