Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Complaint

Steven Hart, look at his TV ad he is not compassionate or focused, dont return calls communicate with clients,has to be reminded to pay doctors when case is settled,you have no idea how case is settled.Been dealing with him since 2012. Here In the past 2 weeks ive called him several times & here recently call him 4 times in less then 2 weeks, no return calls.
