Employees made false promises, lied, and owner refused to provide assistance when asked to speak with him.
I needed to get an oil change so I called Haven Mobile and employee Matt said he could service my vehicle within 30-45 minutes. This was the determining factor for my decision to go there instead of another business. When got there, a different employee, Ryan, signed me in and I confirmed with him that my car would be serviced within 30-45 minutes. Ryan said he could not promise that and that it would more likely be an hour to an hour and a half for my car to get serviced. Ryan said Matt should not have promised me a 30-45 min time-frame. I requested that they honor the time-frame promised to me since this was the reason why I chose to do business with this shop and not a different business. Ryan said he would do the best he can but could not promise anything. I said that it was unacceptable. Ryan then said that since I was upset he would be unable to assist me and gave me my keys back. I was upset, especially since he was now not willing to provide me with any service. I asked to speak to the owner but instead, Ryan told another employee, Ali, to call police saying I was refusing to leave and said the owner was in Egypt. Ali was pleasant with me and asked me what happened. He heard my story and went to talk to Ryan. Ali was willing to take care of me and contact the owner even though he was out of the country, to see if there was anything Ali could do to assist me. At that time, the police arrived and I gave details of what happened. The police said the owner was on the premises and that he was not interested in doing business with me. This was a surprise to me as I was told that the owner was in Egypt. This situation was uncalled for and embarrassing. Their employees should not be making promises they can't keep. If the owner was there, then he should have addressed the situation with me directly and his employees not lie and say he is out of the country. Based on my negative experience, false promise, and lying employees, I would strongly recommend not doing business with Haven Mobile.
