Horrible Property Company

I have rented a home from Havenbrook for more than a year now and I have had numerous problems with the home and they have ignored me, slapped together shoddy work because I called corporate on them, and they have refused to return phone calls or emails for a year. They are absolutely the most horrible landlords I have ever had. I have never been late on my rent. I wish I had read the reviews before renting but because I was in a hurry and moving for a job I didn't see all of this. I pay $1725 a month for a house that has horrific problems. They raised my rent for year 2 without ever addressing the problems listed in my move in walk through. They are horrible, won't fix anything, and they ignore you. The Senior Property Manager, Donya, has not answered my emails in more than six months. The other property manager, Rubi, has never answered an email at all and I have been in the house since March 2020. Chase, the maintenance manager has answered one call because I called corporate and they told him he had to. He has never responded since then or fixed anything in the house. This company's behavior is unconscionable. I have been very nice and tried to be patient but for what I pay I should not have such a horrible experience
