Night Clerk and Security are stealing cash deposits!

Night Clerk and Security are stealing cash deposits! Telling guest deposit is cash only! And it's not! Rooms are nasty! Not cleaning the rooms at all during Covid!!! Night clerk told us we had to go to ATM to give him cash! No receipt! At 11:41pm security came to door saying a complaint was made when he couldn't show proof he. Front desk then said it was reported that smoke was coming from our room! All lies just to steal deposit!! They are running a scam!!!! Check cash records, Investigation needs to be performed on staff and security!
