Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent way to do business

Thanks to Duc and Philip for giving me the Best price I could find anywhere on my new leather sofa and loveseat. I was not happy with the way the loveseat felt in the seat area and these people contacted the manufacturer and had it quickly and professionally resolved. I've bought furniture at many stores in the Inland Empire and once the sale is made they don't care who you are. I received a call the day after delivery to check on my satisfaction and they took the ball and ran with my complaint. I was never made to feel like I was a problematic customer. Every email and phone call with questions was returned quickly. My family room now has beautiful leather furniture that will out last ME! I never could have afforded such quality if not for HD Furniture making this happen for me. They knew I was not buying unless I could afford exactly what I wanted. Be sure to stop in and talk with these people, they know how to make things happen. I can't say enough about them and I'm usually the one who writes strong negative reviews. Not with this company and I'm happy to share my great experience with anyone who will listen.
