~ In November 2013 the California Bureau of Real Estate (“BRE”) filed a Complaint against Help Me Rent Inc (“HMRI”) and Daryl Scott Beans (“Beans”). Based on the investigation the BRE determined that HMRI and Beans had engaged in acts or practices in violation of California Business and Professions code. The violations include but were not limited to; bank account used to hold trust funds was not designated as a trust account unlicensed salesperson authorized to sign for withdrawals of trust funds and the use of unlicensed fictitious business names.

~ According to the Order the BRE is seeking disciplinary action against all licenses and license rights of HMRI and Beans and a monetary award. This matter is currently pending.
